Formal Skate 2022

We had a wonderful evening in the 70's for our Formal Skate from the Tavern. Thirty-five lovely people gathered together to take a nice group picture. Afterwards we headed North on 1st St. to 2nd Ave N. At 2nd Ave we headed West to 5th St. and then South on 5th St.to 1st Ave. On 1st Ave we headed West to Mercados at 11th St. We arrived at Mercados at about 8:20 PM. We got something to eat and drink and sat down to eat/drink and enjoy socializing with our skating/bicycling friends. At about 9:20 PM we headed East down Central Ave. to 1st St. On 1st St. we headed North to the Pier. On the Pier we rolled to our usual rest area and socialized. After some nice socializing Chuck suggested we go to Ring Side for a group picture and some more socializing. At Ring Side Bob used his phone camera to take a very nice group picture of us. After some more socializing a few returned to the Tavern.

This particular venue seemed to work well. I would recommend it again. We'll see what others have to say.
