Pass-a-Grille

Another Beautiful Day in Paradise. It was overcast (which was nice) but the wind was blowing pretty strong out of the NE. We modified our skate path to avoid the streets along the open water on the East. Was good to see Lou back. You could not tell which ankle had been the broken one. Talked to Karin K. She was planning to Brunch with us but other plans came up. She says she is coming along fine but is being scolded for trying to do too much. Rob renewed his Sponsorship today. Thanks Rob.

We had planned to Brunch at Skidders but I spotted a place called the Frog Pond on the way on Gulf Blvd and convinced everyone to give the Frog Pond a try. They took our reservation and got us seated within about 7 minutes. We sat at two round tables of 8 which worked out great as you could talk to everyone at the table. Our waitress was very good and we got served first even though we were seated second. The omelette's ranged in price from $7 to $10. The servings were big. I could only eat half of my omelette. Rob rated his omelette only a 9 because it was a little bland. Everyone else rated their Brunch from 9.5 to 10. All would come back.

Those that attended Mike Mulligan's Halloween Party had to kid Monika about her date for the party. Oh yes, Glenn came in a fancy new BMW convertible. Looked pretty sharp.
