Upper Tampa Bay Trail

Another beautiful day in Paradise. The sun was shinning brightly as you can see everyone was squinting a little in our group picture. We had a few people come that we haven’t seen in awhile: Kim F., Dianne G., Lorraine from NY, Welcome back Kim, Dianne & Lorraine. Mike joined us again. Welcome back Mike. We finally had the correct ratio of women and men: 10 women and 8 men. We headed north and skipped the south short run. We had about 3 different groups. Some did the whole north trail and some turned around at Ehrlich Rd.

We ate Brunch at the Garden Grille as planned. We got right in and seated. We were missing a few but picked up Lorraine’s husband and his sister. We sat at two tables next to each other. The Garden Grille was busy and a little noisy. However the food all looked good and tasted the same. Janice gave hers a 10, Karin a 9.5, Bruce a 9.5 and some guy, Jeff an 8.5. You can never please everyone. We did have a major problem though. As everyone was leaving about a third of the people had these black marks on the back of their white shirts. Not sure what the problem was but it took two hours of soaking with Resolve, another stain remover and a lot scrubbing to get 95% of the black marks off my shirt.
