Lake Seminole Park

Lake Seminole was smoooooth and shady. The wiggles in the 2 mile oval bothered some people but over all it was great. This was the coolest blade we have had since April. Lou, Saray and Deb D. joined us for the first time in a while. Welcome back Lou, Saray and Deb D. Steve G. just returned from blading in Switzerland and had some good stories to tell. Karin set the pace for the fast group which is a first. I think Roy and Jeff were being nice and held back. Unfortunately Karin hit something and crashed. However she managed to get into the grass before falling and only got some minor scrapes on one elbow. The little pine cones on the trail did cause some problems. Most every one did 5 laps or 10 miles.

We Brunched at Doe Doe's as planned. Another group beat us to their big back room table so we got split into 3 tables. Danny and Janice joined us for Brunch. Doe Does was really busy and were a little slow in getting us situated. However the food was great as usual and Rob gave them a 10.
