It was a little nippy and windy today at 8:00 AM. By 8:30 AM it was warm enough to blade in a tee shirt but the wind didn't let up. As usual for the Denver Park blade, Jeff kept most of us totally lost blading the neighborhoods. Marcia bladed with us for the first time. Welcome Marcia. Joe joined us again. Lauren, Glennis and Chuck bladed with us for the first time in quite awhile. Good to see you all back. Glennis renewed her sponsorship. Thanks Glennis. We took our group picture in front of Darlene B's cactus in their front yard. Unfortunately the picture came out badly as half the group was in the sun and half in the shade.

Darlene B. prepared enough food for 50 people. She couldn't even get the food all on one table. All was delicious. Thanks Darlene B. Darlene B. even made a birthday cake for four of us having a birthday this month. The youngest turned 4 years old and the oldest 49+ years young. Funny how that works. Kim, Joel, Deb D., Toby, Karin and Deb. H. joined us for brunch. Kim is looking due (6 weeks).
